We're looking for a Cloud & Web Infrastructure Engineer to support a growing portfolio of cloud-hosted websites and applications.

This role combines Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, web hosting, DNS management, and technical customer support. You'll work with modern cloud platforms while helping clients successfully launch, maintain, and optimize their web environments.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Manage cloud-hosted web environments across AWS, DigitalOcean, and Google Cloud.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS, domains, SSL certificates, and email authentication.
• Deploy websites from staging to production.
• Troubleshoot website availability, performance, forms, integrations, and email delivery.
• Maintain Linux servers, backups, firewalls, and security updates.
• Support website migrations and infrastructure improvements.
• Configure integrations with CRMs, third-party APIs, and marketing platforms.
• Monitor uptime, performance, and website health.
• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone.

• Email Infrastructure (SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer communication
• Experience supporting production websites
