🎨 We’re Hiring: UI/UX Designer – Mobile Applications
Are you a creative, detail-oriented designer passionate about crafting seamless, user-centered mobile experiences? At [Company Name], we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging apps for iOS and Android. You’ll play a key role in translating user needs and business goals into innovative designs that enhance usability and delight our users.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create compelling mobile experiences.
- Design user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces optimized for iOS and Android platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform your designs.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas effectively.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across platforms.
- Ensure designs are fully responsive, accessible, and adhere to mobile best practices.
- Partner with developers to implement designs accurately and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with mobile design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing mobile app designs (native app experience a plus).
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Axure, ProtoPie.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and mobile touch-based interactions.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, iconography, layout principles, and visual hierarchies.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility guidelines and mobile-specific design challenges.
- Understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Agile experience and familiarity with tools like Jira or Trello.
- Motion design and animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar) to inform data-driven design decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent.
