In this role, you'll become a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate technical challenges while ensuring they get the most value from a rapidly growing AI-powered platform.

What You'll Do:

βœ… Provide technical support for a modern AI-driven SaaS platform
βœ… Troubleshoot complex issues related to platform functionality, scheduling, and integrations
βœ… Manage support requests through ticketing systems, chat, phone, and screen-sharing sessions
βœ… Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to investigate and resolve technical issues
βœ… Guide customers through solutions with clear and professional communication
βœ… Document findings, resolutions, and best practices to improve support processes

What We're Looking For:

βœ” 4+ years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or SaaS Support
βœ” Advanced English communication skills (C1)
βœ” Experience with Jira, Zendesk, Slack, and similar support tools
βœ” Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
βœ” Experience supporting cloud-based applications (AWS, GCP, or similar)
βœ” Experience working with software integrations, APIs, CRMs, or external databases
βœ” Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, NLP, or Conversational AI platforms
⭐ Experience working with US-based clients or companies
⭐ Previous exposure to SaaS products serving enterprise customers
