KLAS Research is looking for a talented Software Developer to support our mission of improving healthcare technology outcomes worldwide. Through our partner Solvo Global, we’re seeking someone with hands-on experience in C#/.NET and Salesforce development who is ready to build scalable applications, integrate systems, and collaborate closely with global operations and technical teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and related frameworks.
- Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST APIs, middleware, or custom .NET services).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with KLAS’s standards.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with product owners, QA, and fellow developers to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, data issues, and integration challenges.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps processes.
- Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices relevant to KLAS’s tech stack.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET Core (or ASP.NET MVC).
- Solid understanding of OOP and design principles.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and integrations.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural team environment.
- English proficiency for daily collaboration.
✨ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Salesforce Platform Services).
- Exposure to event-driven architectures or middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
- Background in data-driven or analytics applications.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Microsoft .NET Developer Associate.
