We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hunter) to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions across multiple countries. This role is ideal for someone who excels at proactive sourcing, advanced search strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and successful hiring.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray searches, talent mapping, social media, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill positions across multiple international markets.
• Conduct competency-based interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment strategies, and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Represent the company at networking events and employer branding initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
✅ 18+ months of experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical, or specialized positions.
✅ Proven success sourcing passive candidates using Boolean searches, X-ray searches, market mapping, and advanced recruiting techniques.
✅ Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or niche positions.
✅ Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, or similar sourcing platforms.
✅ Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
✅ Experience recruiting across multiple countries is highly preferred.
✔ Experience supporting international recruitment initiatives.
✔ Strong market research and talent intelligence skills.
✔ Data-driven recruiting approach with recruitment reporting experience.
✔ A passion for identifying and engaging top passive talent.
✔ Experience partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
