AlliedGlobal is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to lead the modernization of enterprise applications across ERP, Payments, and shared services.

🔑 Key Skills
• Strong C# / .NET experience — legacy .NET Framework to modern .NET
• Strong PHP experience — legacy to modern PHP 8.x
• Azure: VMs, App Service, Functions, Logic Apps
• MySQL & Microsoft SQL Server
• REST APIs & integrations
• CI/CD — Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• AI-assisted development with tools such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or equivalent
• Technical leadership + hands-on coding

🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead legacy .NET and PHP modernization initiatives
• Define architecture and technical direction
• Develop and review production code
• Drive cloud and database modernization
• Establish AI-assisted engineering practices
• Coach and mentor a senior engineering team
• Troubleshoot complex production issues

⭐ Ideal Background
• 8+ years building production web applications
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead / Engineering Lead
• Hands-on experience with .NET + PHP
• Experience leading a major legacy modernization or version upgrade
• Proven use of AI coding assistants in production
