💻 What You'll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications while collaborating with a talented engineering team.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP applications.
✅ Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
✅ Help define and improve the technical architecture of the platform.
✅ Build high-performance, responsive, and reliable software solutions.
✅ Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
✅ Create automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
✅ Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
✅ Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
✅ Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and fellow developers in an Agile environment.
✅ Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Strong experience developing applications with PHP.
• Experience working with AWS Cloud Services.
• Experience with relational databases such as:
  • Amazon Aurora
  • MySQL
  • PostgreSQL
  • DB2
  • MS SQL Server
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience writing automated tests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
