AlliedGlobal is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Test – QA Automation & AI-Powered Testing to join a high-performing engineering team focused on delivering scalable automation solutions and high-quality software products.
We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation professional who enjoys building frameworks from scratch, improving testing strategies, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to drive quality across web applications, APIs, and modern software platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging AI-powered testing tools and generative AI technologies to accelerate test creation, improve coverage, optimize defect detection, and enhance overall QA efficiency.
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in shaping automation practices and improving software quality across multiple products by:
✨Leverage AI-powered testing tools and Generative AI solutions to accelerate test case creation, automation development, defect analysis, and quality assurance processes
✨ Evaluate and implement emerging AI-driven QA technologies to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and productivity
✨ Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-assisted testing practices into the software development lifecycle
✨ Design and implement AI-assisted testing workflows that improve automation efficiency, test coverage, and release quality
✨ Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate test case creation, automation scripting, test data generation, and defect analysis
✨Designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks
✨ Building automated UI, API, and mobile test suites
✨ Collaborating closely with developers, QA engineers, and product teams
✨ Defining effective testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
✨ Improving automation coverage and testing efficiency
✨ Creating tools and scripts that help QA and engineering teams move faster
✨ Supporting and enhancing CI/CD testing processes
✨ Researching and implementing modern testing tools and best practices
✨ Mentoring junior QA Automation Engineers and promoting quality engineering culture
🤖 AI-Powered QA & Testing
✔️ Experience using Generative AI and AI-assisted development/testing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar platforms.
✔️ Ability to leverage AI for test case generation, test automation development, defect analysis, and test data creation
✔️ Understanding of AI-driven quality engineering practices and how AI can improve software testing efficiency and coverage
✔️ Experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to improve software testing and automation workflows
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
✔️ 5+ years of experience in QA Automation or Software Engineering in Test
✔️ Strong experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
✔️ Practical experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency, automation development, and quality engineering practices
✔️Practical experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency, automation development, and defect analysis
✔️ Experience testing web applications and RESTful APIs
✔️ Strong understanding of testing methodologies and software engineering principles
