Location: Hybrid (1 day on-site per week)
Position: Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Join our team as a Senior QA Engineer, where you’ll play a key role in planning, designing, and executing comprehensive test strategies to guarantee functional, reliable, and user-friendly products.

About the Role

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute test plans, scripts, and process plans for projects. You’ll validate test cases, identify potential issues, and recommend improvements to uphold our high-quality standards.

Beyond testing, you’ll also mentor and guide QA Engineers and Jr QA Engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures.
✅ Document and report software defects using a bug tracking system.
✅ Identify, analyze, and document program or UI issues.
✅ Participate in design reviews, offering input on functionality, design, and risk mitigation.
✅ Conduct compatibility tests across programs, OS, hardware, and network environments.
✅ Test system modifications prior to deployment and monitor performance post-implementation.
✅ Collaborate with developers, BAs, and Product Owners to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
✅ Review documentation for technical accuracy and completeness.
✅ Provide usability and functionality feedback to enhance end-user experience.
✅ Lead automation testing initiatives using modern frameworks (preferred: Playwright with C#).
