We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR strategy within a fast-paced, high-volume BPO environment.

This role is responsible for aligning people initiatives with business goals, driving results in employee engagement, performance, retention, and organizational culture.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to operations and business leaders
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and labor compliance
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Implement engagement, culture, and employee experience programs
  • Analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, headcount)
  • Lead and develop the site HR team

βœ… Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 4+ years in HR Business Partner roles
  • Experience in BPO, contact center, or high-volume environments
  • Experience leading HR teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
  • Intermediate to advanced English
