π About the Role
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the HR strategy within a fast-paced, high-volume BPO environment.
This role is responsible for aligning people initiatives with business goals, driving results in employee engagement, performance, retention, and organizational culture.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to operations and business leaders
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and labor compliance
- Lead performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
- Implement engagement, culture, and employee experience programs
- Analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity, headcount)
- Lead and develop the site HR team

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 4+ years in HR Business Partner roles
- Experience in BPO, contact center, or high-volume environments
- Experience leading HR teams
- Strong knowledge of HR metrics and analytics
- Intermediate to advanced English
