We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Web Developer who enjoys building products from the ground up, solving complex technical challenges, and working closely with a founding engineering team. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly shape the product customers use every day.

- ⏳ Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension
- 💵 Compensation paid in USD (US$2,800 monthly)
What You'll Do
As a key member of the engineering team, you'll own the development of the customer-facing web application, working alongside the CTO to deliver high-quality features and scalable architecture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using Next.js and TypeScript
- Build intuitive dashboards and interactive user experiences
- Develop backend APIs and data services using PostgreSQL
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, in-app assistants, and intelligent workflows
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and help evolve the platform from prototype to production
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Next.js and TypeScript
- Solid Full Stack development experience, including backend API development
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI Agents, or LLM APIs
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or similar coding assistants
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including:
- Clean Code
- Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Code Reviews
- CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS
- Experience scaling prototypes into production-ready SaaS applications
- Knowledge of multi-tenant architectures, application security, and reliability
- Startup or early-stage product development experience
