🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (Microsoft Stack)
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with deep expertise in the Microsoft engineering stack to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the modernization of a legal practice management platform—building new features, migrating legacy systems, and leveraging AI-assisted development to deliver high-quality software faster.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, from rich user interfaces to backend architecture and API integrations.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the Microsoft technology stack
- Develop responsive, maintainable front-end solutions with modern JavaScript frameworks
- Design and implement secure, high-performance backend services in .NET (C#)
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using an API-first approach
- Work with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and advanced T-SQL for relational data access
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Use AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to improve speed and consistency
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliable, high-quality code
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams via Microsoft Teams
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with .NET backend development (C#)
- Strong front-end experience with at least two of the following:
- React
- Angular
- TypeScript
- jQuery
- Solid experience building and debugging RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL performance tuning
- Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET
- Experience deploying or hosting applications on:
- Microsoft Azure
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- S3, RDS, or serverless platforms
Bonus / Preferred Experience
- Practical use of AI coding tools to accelerate development
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation
- Mobile development experience (iOS, Android, Xamarin, .NET MAUI, or React Native)
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker
