About the Opportunity
Join an innovative AI-driven HealthTech company developing a unified platform that transforms healthcare operations. We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building scalable, production-grade software and delivering complete product features from frontend to backend.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, AI, Cloud, and Engineering to develop intuitive user experiences, robust APIs, and highly scalable systems that make a real impact.
This role is primarily focused on end-to-end product development and offers opportunities to contribute to architecture, engineering best practices, and technical leadership.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop end-to-end product features across frontend and backend applications.
- Build modern user interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Develop scalable APIs, business logic, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Translate complex operational requirements into intuitive software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, AI, and Cloud teams.
- Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and release planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Mentor other engineers and help define engineering standards when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.
- Strong experience building production-ready applications from design through deployment.
- Experience working across frontend, backend, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and modern software development practices.
- Experience with cloud-based applications and scalable systems.
