💻 What You'll Do
Build & Deliver End-to-End Features
- Design and develop full-stack features across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data layers.
- Build modern user experiences using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET 8+.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices following API-first principles.
- Translate product requirements and acceptance criteria into high-quality technical solutions.
- Take ownership of features from technical design through development, testing, and production.
🏗️ Modernize & Evolve the Platform
- Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications and front-end technologies.
- Help evolve applications toward a clean, scalable component-based React architecture.
- Contribute to the decomposition of legacy systems into focused .NET microservices.
- Define clear API contracts and integration patterns between front-end and back-end services.
- Make thoughtful architectural decisions around service boundaries, asynchronous communication, state management, caching, and data consistency.
☁️ Cloud & Engineering
- Develop and support cloud-based applications using AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
- Work with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, RDS, SQS, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Participate in engineering practices focused on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Contribute to observability through structured logging, monitoring, dashboards, and distributed tracing.
🧪 Quality & Reliability
- Develop automated unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain high engineering standards.
- Build production-ready solutions with a strong focus on maintainability and reliability.
- Identify potential technical risks and proactively address them.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across development practices and workflows.
🤖 AI-Augmented Development
AI is an important part of the engineering workflow.
You will be expected to use AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar technologies as part of your daily workflow.
You may leverage AI to accelerate:
- Code generation
- Refactoring
- Test development
- Debugging
- Schema and data modeling
- Code reviews
- Design-to-code workflows
- Technical research and problem solving

🎯 What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who can confidently work across both front-end and back-end technologies.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 2+ years of meaningful Full Stack development experience.
- Strong production experience with React.
- Advanced knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
- Strong production experience with C# / .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design.
- Experience with Entity Framework and/or ADO.NET.
- Experience working with AWS or another major cloud platform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern Agile development practices.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
- Experience owning features from technical design through production.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

- AWS experience with Lambda, ECS, RDS, SQS, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Docker and containerization.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
