🌟 Join as a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Remote)
SofiaS is building the foundation for AI agents—open, compatible with all platforms, and designed for innovation. We’re looking for an elite Full-Stack Developer to help shape our technical platform and democratize access to AI for corporate automation.
What you’ll do:
- Own and deliver end-to-end functionalities, from concept to production, with full technical autonomy.
- Architect and develop complex backend services using Ruby on Rails 8, PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Build modern, performant frontends with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, Angular, Hotwire, Tailwind, and implement micro-interactions and UX optimizations.
- Integrate AI agents, LLMs, and frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI, including real-time streaming, context management, vector databases, and MCP services.
- Implement DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), monitoring, and observability.
- Collaborate closely with the architect and product team to execute ambitious technical visions.
- Ensure code quality with TDD, SOLID principles, security best practices (OWASP, OAuth, JWT), and advanced caching strategies (Redis, CDN).
What we’re looking for:
- 8–12 years of full-stack development experience with deep technical expertise in both backend and frontend.
- Strong command of Ruby on Rails, advanced PostgreSQL, microservices, and API design.
- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks and build tools, adaptable to any tech stack.
- Experience integrating AI/ML services, chatbots, recommenders, or interactive agents.
- Curiosity-driven, fast learner, proactive, with full ownership mentality.
- Startup or scale-up experience preferred—comfortable balancing speed and quality.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Experience with Python, Node.js, emerging languages, and complex communication protocols (HTTP/2, WebSockets, gRPC).
