🌐 We’re hiring a Senior Engineer / Developer (Remote)!

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who loves taking ownership, driving technical direction, and mentoring others. If you’re passionate about building scalable systems, leading by example, and thriving in collaborative environments, we want to meet you.

What you’ll do:

Lead technical initiatives and set direction for the team.
Design and develop backend services with Node.js and contribute to frontend development with React & React Native.
Mentor and guide developers, helping build team capability.
Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high standards.
Promote best practices and continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

5+ years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Node.js, plus hands-on experience with React & React Native.
Solid grasp of SDLC, Git, and debugging complex issues.
Proactive and self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communicator and team player with leadership experience.
Adaptable and comfortable in small teams/startup environments.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field (preferred, not required).
