🚀 We’re Hiring: Principal DevOps Engineer | Cloud Infrastructure & Automation
Are you a senior DevOps professional passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices?
We’re looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to help design, build, automate, and optimize cloud-based platforms and deployment environments. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with Engineering, QA, Operations, Security, and Product teams in an Agile environment.
Design, implement, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and architectures.
Build and maintain highly automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, and operational workflows.
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and other container technologies.
Support production environments, including deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, optimization, and incident resolution.
Implement and manage cloud services including EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, RDS, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and related AWS services.
Manage cloud access, permissions, configurations, and infrastructure components.
Collaborate on complex infrastructure, security, scalability, and automation challenges.
Improve reliability, performance, security, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Use scripting, programming, and open-source technologies to develop customized automation and workflows.
Contribute to architecture and engineering decisions across multiple products and environments.
12+ years of DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure experience, ideally within PEO, HCM, IT/ITES, SaaS, or similar technology environments.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS and cloud architecture.
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef or Puppet.
Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Jenkins.
Experience with GitHub / Git-based source control and development workflows.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or comparable container platforms.
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern DevOps practices.
Experience with automation, scripting, and cloud-oriented programming languages.
Understanding of cloud security, access management, monitoring, and production operations.
Experience working in Agile engineering environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
