Are you passionate about building production-ready AI solutions and complex multi-agent systems?

We're looking for a Senior AI Software Engineer to join an innovative team and help design, develop, and scale sophisticated AI-powered applications used in real-world production environments.

📍 Location: Remote | Latam

💼 Engagement: Full-Time | Contractor Agreement | 💰US$4,000 per month 

🗣️Language Requirements:  Spanish and English proficiency

What you'll be working with:

• Multi-agent architectures
• LangGraph, CrewAI, and LLM orchestration
• Python & AI engineering best practices
• RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
• AWS, APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations
• AI observability, evaluation, guardrails, and cost optimization

We're looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python expertise
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications
• Experience designing and deploying production AI systems
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Windsurf
