About the Role
AlliedGlobal is looking for a Senior AI / Fullstack Engineer to join an innovative AI-powered analytics platform.
You’ll own the AI experience end-to-end — from working with business data and backend services to LLM integrations and user-facing features.
This is a high-ownership, greenfield environment where you'll work closely with a small engineering team to build AI features that customers can trust and rely on.
💻 What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered insights and assistants using real business data.
- Develop fullstack applications with TypeScript, NestJS, Next.js, and Python.
- Design APIs, data models, and integrations using PostgreSQL / SQL.
- Build and evaluate LLM-powered features for accuracy, reliability, cost, and speed.
- Develop AI assistants capable of taking controlled actions.
- Create testing and validation processes for AI outputs.
- Contribute to cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Own features from concept through production.
🛠️ What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong TypeScript experience.
- Hands-on experience with NestJS and Next.js.
- Proven experience shipping AI features to real customers.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation.
- Strong SQL and analytics skills.
- Experience building reliable AI applications using business data.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Nice to Have:
- RAG, structured LLM outputs, or agentic AI.
- Forecasting or predictive analytics.
- Analytics or reporting products.
- OpenRouter experience.
