Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant-leader to 2-3 scrum teams through the Agile Scrum SDLC
- Conduct Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, retros)
- Work with other Scrum masters and with Project Managers to continuously improve and refine our Agile processes
- Remove impediments for the teams
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices
- Act as keeper of team progress and efficiency
Required Skills, Qualifications and Competencies
- Prior experience successfully running at least two teams using a Scrum methodology, or other applicable Agile frameworks
- Thorough understanding of, and demonstrated ability to teach, the Agile philosophy and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire and ability to adapt to changing priorities, new challenges and different technologies
- Ability to work with other team stakeholders to plan, refine, develop and deliver through Agile
- 5+ years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
