🚀 We're Hiring: Salesforce Developer (Litify Experience Required) | Remote LATAM

Are you a Salesforce Developer with strong Litify experience looking for your next challenge?

We are partnering with an established U.S. law firm to find a talented professional who can help drive the development, administration, and optimization of a large-scale Salesforce environment supporting hundreds of users across multiple departments.

✅ 100% Remote ✅ Open to candidates located in LATAM only ✅ English C1 or higher

Must-Have Requirements:

🔹 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience

🔹 Strong experience with:

• Apex
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Administration
• Integrations & Automation

🔹 Hands-on experience with Litify (REQUIRED)

🔹 Advanced English (C1 or equivalent) for direct communication with U.S.-based stakeholders

🔹 Professional Spanish communication skills

🔹 Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions

🔹 Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder, JavaScript Developer)

⭐ Experience supporting large Salesforce environments

⭐ Experience building and deploying integrations

⭐ Background working with legal services organizations or law firms
