**🌎 We’re Hiring: QA Automation Engineer (Remote – LATAM)
🚀 Strong Playwright Experience Highly Preferred**
We are looking for a results-driven QA Automation Engineer to help expand our automated test coverage and strengthen product reliability across our SaaS platform. This is a heads-down, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives working independently and converting detailed manual test cases into high-quality automated scripts.
Although the role centers on TestComplete and AIO test automation, strong knowledge of Playwright is a major plus and will be prioritized during selection.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Automation Execution
- Convert manual test cases in AIO (All-In-One Testing for Jira) into automated scripts using TestComplete.
- Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing TestComplete scripts for greater performance and stability.
- Integrate and execute automated tests via GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results, identify failure patterns, and report defects promptly.
Framework Conversion & Test Management
- Review existing Cypress automation and convert or rebuild tests in TestComplete when needed.
- Ensure complete parity between automated scripts and AIO test documentation.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with QA and Business Analysts to ensure automation aligns with approved requirements.
- Validate that automated tests meet acceptance criteria before sign-off.
- Document automation status, results, and updates consistently in Jira / AIO.
- Operate independently — this role does not require heavy developer or Scrum interaction.
🎯 Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA Automation experience.
- Strong experience with Jira and AIO.
- Proficiency with TestComplete, and strong hands-on skills in at least one modern framework such as Playwright (strongly preferred), Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience integrating automated tests with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and deliver consistent, high-quality automation in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with SaaS testing and multi-tenant environments.
- Experience with Git branching strategies, pull requests, and merge workflows.
- Understanding of test frameworks, data-driven testing, and environment management.
