What You'll Do
As the Platform Engineer, you will own the engineering platform that enables the development team to deliver software efficiently, securely, and reliably.
Your responsibilities include:
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt)
- Develop scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
- Own developer tooling and automation
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
- Create deployment environments and release pipelines
- Help establish an AI-first software development workflow using modern engineering practices
- Collaborate closely with the CTO on cloud architecture, platform strategy, and engineering excellence
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer
- Advanced AWS experience
- Terraform (Terragrunt is a plus)
- GitHub Actions and modern CI/CD pipelines
- OIDC / Keyless deployment patterns
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Observability tools such as:
- Grafana
- Sentry
- OpenTelemetry
- CloudTrail
- or similar platforms
- Experience building engineering standards, including:
- Test-first development
- BDD
- Code Reviews
- CI/CD quality gates
- Clean Code practices
- Passion for AI-assisted software development and modern engineering workflows
Nice to Have
- Multi-environment infrastructure (Development, Staging, Production)
- Multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Secrets management and IAM best practices
