💻 We’re Hiring: Senior Frontend Engineer (Onsite – Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia)

We’re building high-performance web applications that process terabytes of data and billions of events daily. Our platform powers AI-driven insights, audience segmentation, and real-time data processing for AdTech, MarTech, and beyond. We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our onsite teams and help deliver scalable, responsive, and production-ready web apps.

What You’ll Do:

Build, deploy, and maintain responsive web apps using React, Tailwind, and modern frontend technologies.
Own features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues across frontend and backend components.
Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
Understand data flow, integrations, and database interactions.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Stay up-to-date with frontend trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Expert knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and UI/UX best practices.
Experience with backend components, APIs, and data architecture.
Proven ability to manage and execute deployment processes.
Solid understanding of data flows and database interactions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in Agile environments.
Bonus: Experience with Node.js, AWS, and Kubernetes.
