We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack .NET Developer with leadership capability to join our engineering team as a Team Leader. If you have deep expertise in the Microsoft stack, enjoy guiding developers, and want to help modernize a large-scale legal practice management platform, this role is for you.

You will lead initiatives around new feature development, legacy system modernization, API-first architecture, and AI-assisted development practices—all while collaborating with a talented, mission-driven team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers while contributing hands-on to full stack development.
• Build and maintain scalable applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Develop responsive, maintainable front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Write performant, secure backend code in .NET (C#) for RESTful services and microservices.
• Architect service-oriented solutions with an API-first mindset.
• Work with Entity Framework, ADO.NET, and advanced T-SQL for data management.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Drive code reviews, architectural decisions, and technical best practices.
• Use AI development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance productivity.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain high reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams and standard communication tools.

🎯 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Full Stack development experience (Microsoft stack).
• 3+ years of backend development with .NET (C#).
• Strong experience with at least two front-end technologies:
  • React
  • Angular
  • jQuery
  • TypeScript
• Proven experience building and debugging RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge, including T-SQL optimization.
• Experience with Entity Framework and ADO.NET.
• Experience deploying applications on:
  • Microsoft Azure
  • AWS (S3, RDS, serverless)

✨ Bonus / Preferred Experience

• Hands-on use of AI coding tools to automate or accelerate development.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with mobile technologies (iOS/Android, Xamarin, .NET MAUI, React Native).
• Exposure to Docker or containerization.
