🚀 We're Hiring: Marketing Operations Manager (HubSpot Expert)
Location: Remote | Department: Marketing Operations | Reports to: Senior Director, Marketing Operations
We arelooking for a data-driven, highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to empower our high-performing marketing team. If you're an experienced HubSpot pro who loves transforming complex workflows into smooth, scalable processes — this role is for you.
In this position, you'll own the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, manage our MarTech stack, and partner cross-functionally to keep our operations running with precision. You’ll play a critical role in improving efficiency, accuracy, and performance across all marketing initiatives.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Build, execute, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, web forms, and nurture sequences in HubSpot.
- Manage and enhance our marketing tech stack, including advanced integrations with Salesforce and other demand-gen tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and hygiene across all marketing platforms.
- Improve scalable processes that drive campaign execution, lead management, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with demand gen, content, partner marketing, customer marketing, and BDR teams.
- Conduct thorough QA across all campaign builds before launch.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Maintain lead routing, lifecycle stages, and scoring models aligned with marketing + sales strategies.
- Document processes and create best-practice guides to support team enablement.
- Travel up to 5% as needed.
🧠What You Bring
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of MarTech tools, CRM/MAP integrations, and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Excellent QA skills, segmentation execution, and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and deliver clear, actionable reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
- Exceptional project-management and prioritization skills.
- Understanding of email compliance and governance standards.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
🎓 Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations.
- Deep hands-on experience (1–2 years) with HubSpot or another MAP.
- Experience using project-management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s in MIS, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Certifications in HubSpot, Salesforce, GA, or Qualified.
- Basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting knowledge.
- Strong grasp of email deliverability and domain health.
- Experience analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
