🌎 Location: Latin America | 100% Remote
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | U.S. Eastern Time (EST)
💼 Contract: Full-Time Independent Contractor
💵 Compensation: US$1,750/month
🗣️ Language: Fluent English required; Spanish is also required.

🎯 What You'll Do

Lead IT projects from planning through successful delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and project changes.
Track progress and communicate status updates to leadership.
Oversee technology implementations, integrations, migrations, and process improvements.
Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with business objectives.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience managing IT-related projects.
Experience with technology implementations, such as infrastructure, cloud, software, or digital transformation.
Knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Familiarity with enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), and tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or ManageEngine.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (B2+ required; C1 preferred) and Spanish.
Willingness to occasionally support after-hours or weekend activities during critical project phases.

⭐ Nice to Have

PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
ITIL v4 Foundation.
Agile or Scrum Master certification.
Experience managing projects across multiple locations or global teams.
