We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to help elevate our digital presence, optimize multiple websites and landing pages, and develop innovative solutions that support our marketing and business growth initiatives.

💻 What You'll Do
- Manage, maintain, and optimize multiple websites and high-converting landing pages across the business.
- Monitor website performance, Core Web Vitals, speed, scalability, and overall user experience.
- Develop, test, debug, and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web applications and experiences.
- Design and implement new website features in collaboration with marketing, intake, IT, and graphic design teams.
- Configure and manage servers, databases, and hosting environments.
- Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and marketing technologies into our digital platforms.
- Support SEO initiatives, analytics, advertising tracking, and troubleshooting of technical marketing issues.
- Develop conversion-focused landing pages that drive lead generation and business growth.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members while contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
🛠️ What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of full stack web development experience, including at least 5 years working with WordPress.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including Vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, with a preference for React.
- Solid knowledge of SQL/MySQL, database management, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with WordPress theme builders such as Divi, Thrive, or similar platforms.
- Experience with phpMyAdmin, server configurations, and hosting environments.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, web accessibility, responsive design, and website performance optimization.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting marketing tracking, analytics, and advertising technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier or similar automation platforms, and call tracking solutions such as CallRail.
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for innovation.
