Desktop Support - Intermediate English | Barranquilla - On site


At Allied Global we are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist with an intermediate level of English to provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure an excellent support experience for internal users. This is a full‑time on-site role based in Barranquilla.


Locations (On-site):

• Sede Centro: Calle 47 No. 44-58

• Sede 52: Carrera 52 No. 84-111


What You Will Do

- Provide technical support through on-site assistance, phone, chat, email, and ticketing tools.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

- Escalate complex incidents when necessary.

- Document all support activities in the ticketing system.

- Offer basic user training to avoid recurring issues.


Requirements

3+ years of experience in Helpdesk / Desktop Support.

Technical or university studies in Systems or related fields.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft & Linux OS, Office 365, imaging systems, and general IT tools.

Intermediate English B2

Availability for on-site schedules.

Salary: COP $3,000,000 monthly

Location: Barranquilla, Colombia

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Minimum B2+ level required, C1 preferred).
