About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Customer-Facing Project / Program Manager to lead software implementation projects for enterprise customers in the cybersecurity and/or database technology space.
In this role, you will work directly with large U.S.-based customers, managing project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful software implementations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, from planning through delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate internal technical teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Ensure implementations meet customer requirements and agreed-upon objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing customer-facing software implementation projects, ideally within a software vendor environment.
- Experience working directly with large U.S.-based enterprise customers.
- Background in cybersecurity software, security solutions, and/or database technologies.
- Strong project or program management skills, including stakeholder management and risk mitigation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work full-time aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
