🗣️ Advanced English required (B2+ / C1)

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO or Contact Center operations

✅ Previous experience leading and developing teams

✅ Strong understanding of KPIs, SLAs, quality assurance, and performance management

✅ Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
