About the Role

Allied Global is looking for an experienced Bilingual Level 2 IT Technician to join an established technical support team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on troubleshooting experience, strong customer service skills, and full professional fluency in both French and English.

You will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, manage support tickets, and collaborate with a technical team to ensure efficient service delivery in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
Manage support tickets, resolve technical incidents, and escalate issues when necessary.
Work with Autotask/Datto and established IT service management processes.
Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical information accurately.
Collaborate with the technical team to support daily operations and service requests.
Communicate professionally with users and team members in both French and English.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Technician or IT Support Engineer.
Fluent French and English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or client-facing IT support is highly preferred.
Experience with Autotask and/or Datto is a strong advantage.
Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ticket management skills.
Ability to handle Level 1.5 and Level 2 technical issues.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a technical team.
