What You'll Do

βœ” Provide technical support via phone, ticketing systems, chat, and email
βœ” Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
βœ” Diagnose and resolve technical incidents efficiently
βœ” Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when needed
βœ” Document incidents and solutions accurately within the ticketing system
βœ” Support Microsoft and Linux environments
βœ” Assist with Office 365 administration and user support
βœ” Provide guidance and basic training to end users

What We're Looking For

βœ… 3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support roles
βœ… Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
βœ… Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Microsoft 365 / Office 365
  • Networking fundamentals (Switches, Routers)
  • Server administration and troubleshooting
  • Hardware and software support
