📈 We’re Hiring: Analytics Engineer

Are you passionate about transforming raw data into business-ready insights? We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to own the transformation layer between raw data and reporting, ensuring stakeholders have trusted, actionable datasets. This role is central to building modular, tested, and well-documented dbt models that power dashboards, reports, and data science use cases.

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Translate source system logic and reporting needs into scalable dbt models.
• Build and maintain staging, intermediate, and mart-level models following dbt best practices.
• Apply appropriate data modeling patterns (e.g., star schema, SCDs, snapshotting).
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure pipeline and schema consistency.
• Document models with dbt’s built-in tools and provide sample queries for data consumers.
• Optimize model performance using materializations and incremental strategies.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Proven experience building production-grade models in dbt.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Understanding of data lineage, testing, and deployment in dbt projects.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to clarify ambiguous requirements.

🔹 Bonus Points For

• Experience with Python for scripting or orchestration.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort producing stakeholder-facing documentation.
